Executive Summary: - Rainbow Home children who
come from a deprived section of the society, have been forced to live bare
headed on the streets. The Rainbow Home a ‘lovable
home’ is like a dream come true to these children from where they could
make an edge in the society.
This newsletter is a
compendium of various activities and events which took place in the Rainbow Home at different points of time. All such activities such as, the participation in activities (in-house
and outdoor activities including the exposure visit) taken up by the children
and the staffs, the strategies formulated for the better management and
administration of the R-Home, the support received by the outsiders, volunteer’s
initiative, health and growth of children, training of the R-Home staffs and
field visits have been described in this news letter. The newsletter provides a
deep look into all these activities.
The newsletter also gives
a critical approach in relation to the management of the R Home, the
shortcomings and recommendations to overcome these short comings. Moreover, the
newsletter also provides a look into the strategies and planning to be
implemented in the upcoming months which will be published in the next
newsletter. The detailed reporting of the activities, strategies, planning has
been provided ahead.

Management Letter
